The initial in-person consultation to discuss your legal matter is free and confidential. If you feel comfortable going forward with Mr. Karp after that consultation then a determination will be made as to fees based upon the complexity of the case, the nature of the criminal charges and the amount of time it will take to resolve your particular matter.
Mr. Karp does not charge on an hourly rate nor does he charge for office expenses relating to your matter. Instead a fixed fee basis is used. This rate will cover all court appearances, preparation and research relating to your case, as well as all appointments working with you as a team in order to get the best possible results.
